Radio Ohkaai

RadioOhKaai is the community radio station of the Brussels North district. It produces and broadcasts a monthly program, which can be heard on Radio Campus (92.1 // 60,000 listeners per week) every fourth Saturday of the month at 8 PM. The program is also available anytime as a podcast on the Radio OhKaai website.

Radio OhKaai is a participatory radio station. This means not only giving others a voice but also empowering them to create their own content. The station has a fixed studio but can also be mobile (the studio can move) and focuses on artistic visions.

Above all, Radio OhKaai is the radio of the Brussels North district, a neighborhood that thrives on its diversity, both the positive and less favorable aspects. At Radio OhKaai, that’s what it’s all about. The highs and lows. What’s not working and what is being built step by step. In short, life itself!

During Moussem Cities, aspiring young journalists, together with radio host and journalist Isabelle Plumhans, engage in conversations with artists and highlight various events of our festival through interviews and discussions. These episodes are available live and on-demand.
